"A fast developing town"
A lovely place, with all that you need at stones throw. Good for growing families and for retired couples.

- Upcoming developments
- Lovely neighbours
- Schools
Not great for
- Bit of traffic in the morning on high street
- No direct road/highway to the city unlike western suburbs tht have the westgate bridge

Traffic is when people go to work and finish work. Everywhere the same. Get train to CBD,why bother freeway? Westgate bridge is used when you live across the river and near heavy industrial area.
