Beechboro

"many family area with all nationalities living in area"

Beechboro has a vast array of cultures, nationalities and religions. With a large range of parks and playgroups for children with a large rec centre with pool facilities, indoor court facilities, gym and library. 2 large shopping centres with a 3rd being built. Central locations which is accesable by being surrounded by main roads and highways. 20 km from CBD. Beechboro is the kind of place you move to and never leave. On the verge of the swan vally with many winerys and fresh produce on roadside stalls. Beechboro is only a short trip to the Malaga markets which has a variety of specialty stores.

Barlee Way

"Family Friendly Living"

Close to schools, shops and public transport (bus and train). Just minutes from the swan valley. Surrounded by many parks and a creek which brings a great deal of wildlife to the area. Nothing like listen to a kookaburra when you wake in the morning or the kiddies finding a frog in the back yard. Large yards and blocks with your neighbours not living on top of you.
