My wife and I had looked ALL over Chelmer, Graceville, Sherwood, Corinda and Fig Tree Pocket trying to find a home in a "good" area. We drove into Windermere Estate in Sinnamon Park and knew we'd found it. We've been here for over a year and yet we still talk about how cool it is to live here. In short - we're close to the freeway, but can't hear it. We're on an average block, yet have access to hundreds of acres of parks, walkways, bikeways, playgrounds, a dog park and a lovely lake. None of which I have to maintain! We're close to restaurants and great shopping, a choice of 4 or 5 supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. Public transport is everywhere. The bird and animal life here is awesome. We've lived all over Brisbane (and overseas) and we can't quite believe how much this area has to offer. It's quite a well kept secret. I know I sound like one of those cheesy Delfin commercials but honestly - we love it.

I love living in Tuckett Street. Moments from shopping, schools and medical centres, yet it feels like it's in the country. So green and so welcoming, I feel great every time I turn off Brookfield Road!

We walk every night, take the dog across the road to the ENORMOUS park and enjoy the company of some respectful and caring neighbours. All 8 minutes from Indooroopilly Shopping Town, and about the same to the new Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre. We feel like it's our little secret!
