Sylvania is a great place to rent... Perfectly located near the water and within driving distance to Cronulla beach. It's a bit of a central hub when it comes to shops and transport, with 2 major Westfields shopping centres nearby, and Southgate shopping centre within the suburb. There's also 24hr food outlets and a nice fitness first gym (one of the best in NSW). It's a good all-round suburb with a lot of offer, it doesn't really lack anything!

Coomera is a great place to stay, a great neighbourhood with great people. There is an award winning school nearby, shops, a nice bar, train station, buses, and of course Dreamworld. Beattie road is a nice area for peace and quiet, and it's a short drive to nice beaches. I personally lived at the block of Townhouses at 42 Beattie Road, a beautiful spot called "Coomera Cove" which is very well looked-after and has a nice pool and bbq area.
