Grellin Grove is a very nice street in an area of Camberwell that is becoming more popular. Some of the houses, however have a covenant on the title that says that the walls of the house must be made of brick and the roof must be made of either slate or tile. There are many renovations and extensions that have occurred in the street that may not compliant. Hence, if you buy a house in the street, you may have problems getting your finance approved or with resale values.
