Carlingford is a geographically high area with an average 700-1000 sq meter largely set land for the houses. It is about 23 kms north-west of Sydney City.

It is about only 5 minites easy driving to M2, M7, M4 and some other main highways. By M2 it takes about 30 minites to Sydney City and 50 minites to Sydney Airport. Carlingford train station, Epping Train Station and Eastwood Train station provide the local residents the public train system service to City. There are also some public buses service around for the residents easy to Macquarie Park and Parramatta.
