The coast-hugging part of Labrador is fantastic to live in. I love the peace and quiet, the early morning bike rides along the Broadwater, easy access from this end of the coast to Brisbane, and the fact that it is not overrun by duplexes...there is a balance.

Southport is growing and growing with lots of facilities being put in place, so for me owning a house in Labrador is also a good investment in more than a lifestyle. (Not that I am moving!)
