Kent Avenue

"A neighbourly street full of retirees and young families and their pets (and possums living in your ceiling)"

Kent Avenue is a 3min walk to the bus stop or 7min walk to the train station which will get you to the city. It's a green street hosting neat modest houses with well kept gardens. Most houses have a dog or two - minty and trixie of particular note. The neighbours are friendly and if you take the time to get to know them they will invite you to the neighbour christmas party- consisting of polite catch ups over a nice glass of red and some brandy pudding. A 10 minute walk to Jones Pantry for a cosy cup of coffee or 12 mins in the opposite direction to the Belair national park where you can go on a bush walk and spot koalas in the tall gums. The biggest inconvenience is you really need to drive to the local shops (it's too far to walk if you are carrying all your groceries and uphill too!).
