Fantastic street - stick to the area between Francisco and Great Eastern Hwy, but not right on top of great Eastern Highway preferably.

Great area, so close to everything and good public transport. Nice parks. Nice people. Big blocks. This street has almost all renovated or new homes, so it's a very nice street.

The surrounding streets to Armadale are equally as good, again above Francisco towards Great Eastern is where the better area is.

I moved here about 10 months ago. It's an absolutely brilliant location, close to everything and I always seem to be going the opposite way to the bad traffic.

The council is investing lots in making the area safe and green. There are lots of parks and they are well maintained.

The area is an up and coming area and in my view a seriously good investment. The best area is between Francisco, Great Eastern Hwy and Orrong rd (ie: streets like Surrey, Armadale etc have the nicest houses and people). This is where the majority of houses have been renovated beautifully or replaced with lovely new homes.

It's a nice change to be in an area where everyone says hello on your morning walk with the dog.

Lots of young professional couples, families and a few older couples etc.

Yes it does have the last of the residual homes west people who haven't moved on but in my view they are getting fewer and father between and moving outwards away from this rapidly developing area. I wish it would happen faster but you can't have everything.

In general though, the people in the area are just honest, hard working, lovely people. Our dog managed to get out twice without us knowing and each time a kind stranger has doorknocked and found his home, we were very grateful!

Close to the restaurants of Vic park which are really coming alive and are great.

With such close proximity to the casino and the up and coming developments of the new stadium and entertainment precinct at the casino, I think it's an absolute bargain and prices will go through the roof in coming years. We are happy to own here and live here for now.
