Moodemere Street

"Peacefull, quiet and not at all like what people may think!"

Moodemere Street in Noble Park is peaceful and quite which makes Moodemere Street quite a nice street to live in.

In this street you will find the Noble Park Football Club, which has an great atmosphere and right next door is the Noble Park Bowls club..

Most properties in the street have been left in there original status with very little development in the housing sector happening. However Noble Park Football club is [or will be undergoing some work; as per the council notice residents in Moodemere would have received recently.]

So in brief Moodemere Street is a nice Street that a family can feel proud to be living in without to much concern for any bad vibes.

Great for

  • Close to Noble Park Football and Bowls Clubs.
  • Numerous shopping Centres nearby [including Parkmore etc.]
  • Numerous local Schools in the area

Not great for

  • To many speed humps in the street.
  • Not to close to any main freeway/highway.

Francis Street

"A quiet, peaceful and tranquil suburb"

Francis Street in Hadfield is predominately full of peaceful quite older widows, with very little in the younger couple genre. This leaves Francis Street a very quite street to live in.

It is very close to both famously the West and East Street Shops and council offices.

Most properties in the street have been left in there original glory, however developers have managed to add there flavour in the street with a set of town houses been included.

Most gardens in the street are very well kept and all residents in the street are very friendly.

Francis Street is also easily accessible to major freeways [e.g. The Western Ring Road, and the Sydney Road Highway]; and in addition is only a stone throw away from the C.B.D. 12 kilometres to be exact.

So in brief Francis Street is one lovely Street that a family can feel proud to be living in without to much concern for any bad vibes.

Great for
