Nudgee

"Peace and Quiet location"

Nudgee is one of those little secrets that is rapidly becoming not so secret anymore.
Close to the arterial, you are just under an hours drive to the Sunshine Coast and an hour to the Gold Coast. With the arterial you are only 10 -15 mins from Morningside, and the other South East Suburbs. Close to Nudgee and Virginia golf courses, 3 shopping centres, airport DFO, the bayside suburbs of Sandgate and Shorncliffe are 10 minutes drive and Redcliffe and Scarborough 20 mins.
Catholic University is in Nudgee and you also have state primary and secondary schools as well as private primary school.
For the walkers and bike riders there is the bike track to Nudgee Beach and to Kedron Park. the train line is excellent with only a 20 min trip to the CBD and the Shorncliffe line also has destinations to Southbank and Milton for those looking for entertainment and the footy.

Nudgee has lots for everyone and its still got that little bit of rural feel to it.

Redhill Rd

"Great place for young families"

We have built three times in Nudgee the last six years. In the new estates its great. Lovely young families ranging from babies to young teens. The adjacent suburb of Banyo is very tired and needs gentrification. The bus service is long and slow but the trains are great and within walking distance of everywhere in Nudgee. With more and more people moving into Nudgee the trains could come more frequently i.e. every 15 mins at peak time.
The access to the gateway and airport is a huge plus. With the gateway so close you are now 20 minutes away from Norman Park, Bulimba etc and the Sunshine Coast is only an hour tops. Its screaming out for places to eat out but that will be a long way away. Currently we drive down Nudgee road to Hamilton to eat out in style at Portside, and the Brekkie Creek is only a 15 min drive. The Catholic Uni is there and its close to St Josephs Nudgee which is another good reason we moved there.
