Carrington Court is quite unique it consists of just 4 properties. Three of the blocks have a dwelling built on them and one is still vacant. Three of the four properties are directly on the canal. The vacant block is on the canal but not for sale, however, whenever it does go on the market it will make headlines as one of the last water blocks in the Runaway Bay area to sell.
The shopping centre is just an 8 minute flat walk and the bus is a 4 minute flat walk.
Being a cul-de-sac it is very peaceful and quiet with wonderful neighbours. There is not even a dog in the street, that is unusual these days. Properties in Carrington Court don't come on the market very often as nobody wants to move!
Overall it is most definitely the perfect little cul-de-sac and would be hard to a better position.
