It is a beautiful street, great for new home buyers. The price is great! A lot of units in the area however. It is in walking distance to Parramatta Westfields, shops and train stations.

We have been in this area for 2 months and we have just been robbed! Apparently it isn't a safe area if you are in a unit on the ground floor with no bars on the window or alarm systems! The thefts are experts at it, say police! We are situated right by the M4 wall, so it is a perfect location for thefts as the back of all the units face M4 wall & bit of grass.
