Bradford Court

"Great location on the park"

At the end of Bradford Court is a row of reasonably modern townhouses that overlook a park. They are far enough back from the main roads that it's reasonably quiet, but close enough that they are only a short walk away. Within easy walking distance are the shops at Sefton Plaza and North Park, and bus services on Main North Road and Regency Road. A range of medical facilities are also in the area, and Enfield Primary School isn't far away.

The city is only 10-15 minutes away by car or about a 20 minute bus ride.

ADSL2+ is available, but as it's connected to the Prospect exchange which is a fair distance away speeds are only around the 6-9 Mbps mark.

The park gets a bit dry and brown over summer, but that's to be expected in Adelaide. The play equipment is usually pretty clean and there are often people out in the park.

At the other end of the street is a nursing home and a vacant block which is yet to be developed but provides a convenient shortcut when walking.

There are also a number of housing trust homes in the street however most of the tenants are pretty good and usually say hello. You get the odd disagreement in the park occasionally, but in the 6+ years I've lived here I've never had reason to feel unsafe.
