Keysborough

"Nice suburb, but Noble Park North is the "Hidden Gem" right next door!"

Keysborough has some nice houses, but is now unaffordable for the average buyer.
Noble Park North is a safe, family friendly suburb with M1 and M3 freeways, Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre and excellent schools. Ignore the "Noble Park" part of the title, this area is going to boom once people realise the potential. Excellent public transport. If you are looking at Keysborough as an option, the smart & savvy buyer should strongly consider looking next door!

''Ignore the "Noble Park" part of the title''... right... and ignore the thuggery and criminal activities of some of the lovely denizens of Noble Park? No thanks. It is bad enough that Dandenong and Noble Park are next to Keysborough, and the people in Keysborough have to deal with hooligans from Dandenong and Noble Park, who race through the small roundabouts on weekend nights... However, Noble Park has excellent ethnic food and exotic prostitutes. I visit Noble Park often, I just would not live there.

Noble Park North is a very safe suburb - completely different to Dandenong and Noble Park

"Plenty of options"

Generally a peaceful suburb of Melbourne, except if you are trying to get a park around the shops! Parking Officers are like Nazis, but the shopping options are endless. Great Public Transport options and nice treed residential areas. Housing is starting to get a bit old, especially in Oakleigh South. Very big Greek population. Great food!

Waverley Rd

"Quiet, safe, perfectly located, family friendly street in leafy pleasent suburb."

Waverley Road is perfectly located between Wheelers Hill and Glen Waverley with Jells Park at the eastern end. There are street shops with an excellent butcher, milk bar and chemist on the corner of Dominion Ave. The beautiful Police Academy stands at the top of the hill and houses are well built and established. Friendly neighbours, churches, and public transport run along this road. For a main road, it is quiet in comparison to others and safe, particularly east of the Police Adacemy. Crime is very low on Waverley Rd. I would highly recommend living here, particularly if you have a family, are retired or are a couple looking to have kids. There are shopping complexes nearby, sporting facilities for all ages and beautiful restaurants and take away venues.
