"Great Suburb close to everything for affordable price Might rocket in coming years"
I lived for 6 years now, Nothing has gone wrong so far. Its Affordable and sensibel choice for people with a decent budget. Its 45 Min from City, 15 min to beach, 5-10 mins to three shopping centre. Three train stop for this suburb. It is sorrounded by expensive suburbs meaning prices will go up in coming years
Great for
- Everything you need to shop is within 5-10 mins drive Max
- Not Far from Beach 15 min drive
- Plenty of markets within short distance.
- Surrounded by larger city services of Springvale,Dandenong & Keysborough.
- Train Service, frequent as 2 lines go through.
- Great facilities, aquatic centre, parks, sports ovals
- Authentic take away food. indian, chinese etc
Not great for
- No central nightlife/pub other than an RSL.
- Knockdown houses will phase out slowly as builders are moving in
