Housman Street
"ACROSS FROM THE MALL!"
Easy location for residence living on Housman Street. Labelled the best street in Wetherill park as it is conveniently located across the road from Stocklands Shopping Center, T-way, Medical Centers, Bus Stops, Cafes. With Schools and Hospital 5 min walk it will suit all categories of buyers.

Nowhere near the best street in Wetherill Park, Housman Street suffers from excess noise from busy Polding street, and from hooligans that congregate outside stockland mall at all hours of the night. This is my unbiased view from someone that sold real estate in Wetherill Park for almost 10 years.
Best Street in my opinion are,
* Vidal Street
* Marvell Road
* Langland Street
* Defoe Place
* Newbolt Street
* Gissing Street
* Locke Street
* Macaulay Street
And many others, in fact i would rate Housman Street as less then average.
