Rich Place is a very small cul-de-sac, with only 6 houses on it. We moved in recently from Glenmore Park and have been very impressed with the location. The neighbors are friendly and helpful and the location is quiet, with a park across the road (technically it's a floodwater path, but unless it's raining, it's a park!)

There is a buss route that runs up Ikin St & York Rd to Penrith Station, so transport isn't a problem. For shopping there is Centro Nepean, Southlands up Maxwell St and Penrith Plaza.

The only real downside is that because the primay school is just up the road, the traffic on Ikin can get a bit heavy in the mornings & afternoons, but that's not really much if an issue, and the closeness of a school is a good thing for parents.
