Millgrove
"Great potential for the future"
Millgrove is potentially the gem of the Upper Yarra Valley. However, there are pockets in which life can be extremely unpleasant. Barking dogs and surly neighbours can make life difficult and lonely. Luckily it is only a 45 minute drive to Knox or Croydon for social interaction.
Great for
- Cheaper land and properties
- So affordable
Not great for
- Lack of social cohesion

Hi Ian. I would not recommend any part of Millgrove. House prices are low for very good reasons. I drive to Croydon to socialise. The clique mentality seems to be a feature of the area. I've lived in various country towns but not seen anything like the social problems in this area. Best Wishes, G-B
