Paradise Avenue situated in Clematis,is Paradise indeed!
Just off Wellington Rd for easy access,the street is quiet and i cannot hear traffic from Wellington Rd!
Wonderful neighbors and peaceful.Nature is in abundance along with the wildlife.
It maybe further out from the CBD but i'd rather travel further for my own piece of paradise!!

"A great place to start!"
I lived in rowville then moved to mulgrave and now i live in noble park.I had some misgivings at first regards noble park but it's not as bad as i thought.If i had a choice of living in dandenong or noble park,i would choose noble park.Sure it's not my preferred place to live but it's a great starting point to buy your first house/unit etc.I'd highly recommend if your getting out of the rental trap and buying your first home.
