Great quiet, leafy suburb with lots of beautiful properties. Northgate train station is one of the best in Brisbane for frequency of services. Suburb will benefit from urban renewal in Nundah in coming years but is far enough away to avoid the congestin and traffic that invariably come with development.

Great transport options - Northgate station is only 15min to the city if you get the express; the 306 comes right down the street but isn't too frequent to be noisy and there is easy access to the Gateway, airport and Sandgate Road. The street isn't as leafy as some neighbouring ones but has lots of young trees that will grow bigger and a great park at one end. The local bowls club is a friendly focal point but also not too noisy. There are some beautiful big Queenslander homes but also quite a few apartments so there is a mix of people. 2 convenience stores are very handy and Nundah shops are less than a 5 min drive.
