Jedem Close is a unique, private area of Viewbank with beautiful homes, lovely gardens and is very quiet with only residents' vehicles using it.

There's a mix of middle-aged couples and families with both teenage and younger children who are all gorgeous kids, it's great to see them playing and having fun together in a safe environment.

However, there is one grump in the street (isn't there always one??) who complains if kids play footy, make too much noise or, heaven forbid, tread on the grass that runs down to the road in front of his property, he doesn't even own it!! He's also the one who parks his car fully on the roadway in a narrow street (not allowed on the grass, remember?) resulting in difficulty for vehicles getting through and/or neighbours getting out of their own driveways.

Apart from that negative person who is now ignored, Jedem Close is a great place to live, lots of trees and birdlife, close to freeways for access to city, airport and shopping centres. Lower Plenty Hotel and restaurants, close to Heidelberg, Eltham, Rosanna for all our needs. There is easy access to walking tracks which meander through rustic local parklands.
