Lives here for 5 years and never had a problem. I was worried at first as we were renting in dianella and could only afford to buy here in Mirrabooka. Close to city and beach, neighbours are nice all look after each other's homes. we live in a double ended culdersac. In the part were the power lines and foxtel are under ground. Its affordable and blocks are big most houses are brick and tile. Have heard that some parts are dogey maybe we just got lucky.
