Osborne Street

"Affordable convenience"

Nestled nicely between Toorak and Commercial Road, Osborne Street South Yarra offers wonderful convenience (close to Prahran Market, South Yarra Station & no. 8 Tram) and lifestyle (5 minute stroll to Chapel Street) whilst still being quite affordable. Definitely worth considering any real estate investment into this location.

Toorak

"Inner city luxury"

Opulent and elegant, Toorak has always been a prestigious and desirable suburb, synonymous with the wealthy and elite. First appealing to ‘the carriage trade’ when it was established in the 1850s, it remains the place to be for a certain type of gracious living.
Surrounded by the suburbs of Armadale, South Yarra and Malvern, and a mere 6 km from the CBD, Toorak is situated on the south side of the Yarra, on a rise at a bend in the river. Part of the government area of the City of Stonnington, it boasts beautiful leafy streets and is renowned for the charming village atmosphere of its high street, Toorak Road. Complemented by the Hawksburn Village shopping precinct, Toorak Road has an abundance of up-market specialty food, fashion, gift and home ware stores and boutiques. And when the shopping is done there is no shortage of great cafes, bars and restaurants to keep you going on into the night.
Aside from the business and trade on Toorak Road, the area primarily consists of churches, schools and residences. Property here is divided up between apartments and grand estates set in spacious grounds with tennis courts and swimming pools. Live in Toorak and rub shoulders with the village’s most notable residents, or indulge your taste for the finer things in life.

South Yarra

"Stylish lifestyle location"

Shopping’s the name of the game in South Yarra, where Chapel Street reigns supreme. The fashion strip contains all manner of high-end designer boutiques, chain-stores, hipster hang-outs, cinemas and gift shops. There’s also a seemingly unlimited array of cafes and restaurants to help revive weary shoppers by day, and bars and clubs to keep the buzz going at night.
Naturally then, South Yarra attracts the young, hip and fashion conscious, at least on its main strip and the streets immediately surrounding. The residents are a mix of young professionals, families and empty nesters – all attracted to this salubrious suburb’s easy proximity to the city by road, rail and tramline.
The architecture is dotted with terraces and houses which reflect their Victorian heritage, and chic new apartment blocks like those which clutter Chapel Street beyond Toorak Road. But South Yarra generally wears its affluence on its sleeve, and a great majority of homes have been well maintained or renovated.
Fast Fact: South Yarra’s not all about material pleasures. The fabulously restful Fawkner Park and Royal Botanic Gardens, provide residents with exquisite locales to stretch their legs or take some time out with a lake-side picnic.
