"Quintessential white picket fence suburb by the sea - fabulous"

Very safe, best family suburb. Excellent schools. Great parks, great beach lifestyle. Friendly and relaxed. Easy to drive into the city on Nepean highway for work. Looked gobally for best place to settle and came to Beaumaris.
