Cornubia
"Quiet, leafy part of Logan, blocks are larger and the streets are safe."
I grew up in Cornubia, and then when I was 26 I bought my own house in Cornubia in the Riverlakes Estate (Logandale). I love it here, so many owner occupied houses, great neighbours, very safe streets and people really look after their houses and yards here. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
Great for
- Family orientated
- Quiet and leafy area
- Larger blocks
- Close to M1
- Close to shops.
Not great for
- Not the best public transport
- Internet options limited
- Termites present in most backyards
