Chatswood Court

"Wonderful street to live in. Quiet, close to nature, yet close to the city!"

I lived in Chatswood Court for about 10 years and I say that without a shadow of a doubt it's a wonderful area to live. It's very close to all manor of shops and yet situated between numerous parks and a huge golf course it's close enough to nature to make you forget your in the center of the Gold Coast.

10 minutes drive to the beach, walking distance to schools and the university as well as a number of taverns, pubs and bars, it really is a great area.

On top of all that property value over the past 5 years has really boomed, and will continue to do so.

Murphys Road

"A very peacfull place to live, yet a little detatched from reality."

A very quiet street, lots of families and retirees. Sandwiched right between the beach and the sports fields, it's a fantastic location for someone who's active.

If you're into shopping, this probably isn't the place for you as it's a good 20 minute drive to the nearest (large) shopping center. Sure, Kingscliff has the basics, supermarket, post office, newsagent etc, but for specialty stores, you'll find yourself driving well out of town.
