Bracken Ridge

"Hmm"

Has gotten a bit too expensive to rent for being so far from the city. Overall a good location if you have a car or don't mind the bus, but we find some of the old generation is moving out and the young people (often sharing due to cost) are moving in. Some streets have nice views with breezes, other areas are on flat ground and won't get any breezes, at all so it can be a real pain in summer without air con. Some people make this out to be a 'family friendly' suburb with a school. That's true when you are a family and have nice families as neighbours, but for others it also means it's not that quiet! But there's also another side to Bracken Ridge, which is inconsiderate people loving their boom box lifestyle and their noisy cars. I am wondering about these five starr ratings recently, with every item under 'rating details' (next to the stars) given five stars also...haha.
