Not sure if the vendors are greedy or the real estate agents want the bigger slice this area is over priced by at least 50K - 80K...

We have investigated in depth from many sources of information and have found this area to be over priced due to the agents boasting about other properties that have sold but what agents dont realise is that when they rattle off roads and houses that have sold, I have check with sources and found the prices completely out of whack.... Fencing and sheds do not cost 100K plus(i have fenced 100ac plus 5 bay shed for well under that price)

So be CAREFUL on all levels and do not trust this part of VICTORIA...

The hills are lovely the national parks are lovely the towns and roads look organised...
