Berowra Heights
"A leafy haven for bush lovers and perfect for raising children"
Berowra Heights is a wonderful safe suburb, which has a lovely community spirit. It is safe enough still for children to ride their bikes and play cricket on the road!
The express trains that come from the Central Coast make it relatively easy to get into the city.
There are many wonderful outdoors activities to be experienced -bushwalking, boating at Berowra Waters.
Not ideal for families with teenagers/young adults if they are the sort who like night-life. Too far and public transport is dreadful late at night. They will need their own car.

"Great family-oriented living, close to bay-run, community facilities, and access to public transport"
Undervalued compared to neighbouring Haberfield.
Many houses now being renovated - gentrification has begun (get in soon!!!! before prices go up)
