I have lived in the area for 8.5 years and have watched the suburb expand with the introduction of the leisure centre, shopping centres (Stanhope & Rouse Hill), public & private schools and the new T-way.
This area is great for young families as the homes are relatively large with smaller blocks (easy to maintain) and the parks and bike tracks well make up for any loss in yard size.
The schools are well presented and whilst my children attend the catholic school, I have only heard good reports from both primary schools.
The area is well supported for entertainment with cinemas at Rouse Hill, great eateries at both shopping centres and of course the Ettamogah Pub.
The area is friendly and safe.
I highly recommend you come and have a look.
