"Country Environment within the Metro area"
Another day in paradise! Convienient location close to main arteries, short drive to Great Eastern Highway or Toodyay Road for access to CBD, SOR or NOR, I have worked in all three with commuting times less than using Freeways. Great schools, restaurants, taverns, shopping and parks. Great place for anyone who does not want to live in suberbia. Very safe environment and very community oriented. Peaceful plenty of wildlife.
Great for
- Great access to main roads into Perth
- Metro but still country environment
Not great for
- Not great for teenagers who want to be social.
