I have been staying in Morayfield for two years on and off due to work and and I agree with Rod that it's not a nice place. You need a good set of earplugs to drown out the hoons on a Friday and Saturday night and any night really, they don't work so are not fussy about what nights they go out. The decent residents are at the Mercy of the noisy ones, late night drinking sessions and barking dogs.
There is always plenty of rubbish lying around and a lot of sad looking streets and houses. The shopping may be pretty good but that doesn't make up for having to live in a suburb that's gone down the toilet. Sorry folks but that's what it's been like for me so don't bother saying I don't know what I am talking about, believe me... I DO.

Tranquil, leafy and green. If you don't like trees don't buy here. Those of us that live here love the natural beauty and the trees and a bit of effort to clean your gutters out is a small price to pay for living in this unique estate. Houses are varied and all have a half acre of land, some are more heavily treed than others which is due to the original land that was a choco farm.There are two small lakes and a nature trail that runs through 10 acres of natural bush with a small creek. Plenty of wildlife and brids here and most residents are careful to preserve the beauty of this area. I am a long term resident and very happy to call this place home.

It used to be a quiet area but thanks to hoons and noisy youths that think it's Ok to keep the neighbourhood awake until all hours it's gone down hill fast. I am glad I don't live in this street and i wouldn't recommend it either unless you have good earplugs and don't get alarmed by burn outs and parties.
