I have lived almost 6 years and still am living in the northern part of Seaton and love it, easy excess to everything, friendly neighbors without being too intrusive. The neighborhood is changing rapidly into a very friendly family orientated one. Older people are making way for families. New homes are being build everywhere. A lot of the housing trust houses are making way for new homes, streets are quiet and there are still houses on nice blocks to be found. I have lived in several other areas in Adelaide (Tennison, West Lakes - Delphin Island and Largs Bay) and have had noisy neighbors in all of these areas, the youth (mainly richer kids) with their parties and car noise during late evening, early morning made living there not very pleasant. None of this in North Seaton. Public transport is excellent and schools are good. West Lakes mall, the beach and the lakes are only minutes away. Hopping into town is easy and quick, either by public transport or by car. You are only 10 minutes away from the airport, Ikea and Harbour Town and Semaphore. North Seaton Offers a wonderful affordable livestyle and I can recommend it to everyone!
