Upper Coomera

"Extremely contrasting areas, do your research"

Upper Coomera has drastically different areas to live in, some are extremely quiet and serene such as Highland Reserve and Reserve Rise with friendly people. We walk every evening after dark and hear nothing more than quiet music and voices if anything. Shopping is a breeze with so many choices within a 10 min drive. The schools are great other than UCSC which has developed a bad reputation. If one leaves for work before 7am there is no problem with traffic, things get a little hectic around school drop off time but that happens everywhere. Basically one should do their research when moving here, every suburb has it's good and bad areas, that's city life.

Great for

  • In between Brisbane and Gold Coast (work either)
  • Lots of developments happening
  • Great for families
  • New area. Everything is looks clean.
  • Range of living options (apartments, houses, canal living, gated estates, housing commision etc)

Not great for

  • Public Transport could be better

Who lives here?

  • Professionals
  • Singles
  • Families with kids
  • Retirees
  • LGBT+
  • Country Lovers
  • Trendy & Stylish

It's not city life.
It's an outer suburb in the middle of no where.
