Love this location, has a holiday feel to it. Great facilities avail. close by. Green bushland with amazing wildflowers and walking tracks.Lots of up-side with new Lithium processing plant only a few minutes away.

One of the Best beach-side suburbs in the Northern suburbs! Easy access to magnificent Waterman's Bay. Close to Star swamp reserve (great walk, my dogs think they are in heaven whenever we go). As this is a small suburb the sales in this area are too small to be statistically reliable. I have recently bought in this area and I am really looking forward to exploring this great suburb more.

I have owned a property here for 5+ years.This suburb is close to the freeway(both public and private transport),so very easy to get to the city or anywhere for that matter. Great ADSL2 connection-super fast.Friendly neighbours,good schools,Tuart college.Suburb is undervalued for it's great location.

Best public and private schools are in this area. Lots of sporting/extracurricular activities available to children. Close to beach,yet affordable,lots of people here are home-owners. Suburb is safe and friendly. Great shopping complexes nearby, fitness centres,aquatic centres close. I have lived here for 13 years and sometimes think about shifting-like across the road to Sorrento to be a bit closer to the beach but then I think well what else has Sorrento got that Duncraig doesn't? Nothing! Except the properties cost more! I'd rather be mortgage free and living in Duncraig :-)
