I really enjoy living in Camden Park, since it is very easy to get to the Morphetville Tram, Lot's of Pizza restaurants, McDonald, walking distance to IGA, Butcher, Post office, GP (Doctor), Coles Anzac Highway, have several public school to choose (I prefer King william Light).

It is very nice and quiet. It is also known as a very safe area. From Stonehouse avenue, you could see the hill view (actually you ar near to the beach). Well positioned between the beach and the city (Could have some exposure for capital growth from both sides). Near to the airport as well (however you hardly can hear the plane noise).

It is recommended for everybody who love to live in a quiet and safe place.

Plympton park is great place for living. Easy Access to the tram, Bottle shop, Restaurants, Hospital, Schools, Coles, Kmart and almost anything you can find it here. The location is also perfectly in the middle between the beach and the City. Anyone could easily access to either the city or the beach by using bus, tram or Private car. The neighborhood is great and polite. It is also a very safe place area. Recommended for any age.
