Homebush

"Homebush is Key"

Being located within a 15km to the CBD, 10km to other hubs such as Parramatta & North Ryde. Homebush has many attractions to offer. It can be loosely broken up into two parts:

The north side of Parramatta rd has small to medium size houses and apartments/townhouses. It is very close to George Street (local eat street which also includes Cookies Bar, Harris Farm, Moree Meats & Aldi) and to Olympic Park & Bicentanial Park. Local train station is North Strathfield which has many express trains into the city which take about 25mins.

The south side of Parramatta rd has A small community shopping strip with cafes, IGA super market, bottle shop , restaurants etc. This part is made up of a mixture of units though to large estate homes. Train station is Homebush which has easy acess to Sydney/Parramatta.

With a mixture of large and small developments in the area, improvements to public transport and increase infastructure in the Olympic park & Wentworth point areas and close proximanty to Rhodes/Burwood shopping centres Homebush's profolio is sure to rise. Currently it offers an affordable to option for entry into the Inner West market as well as some of the most impressive fedaration homes Sydney has to offer. Can be slightly busy with traffic and news but what suburbs with in 15km of a major CBD in the world aren't.
