Nerrina

"Country life close to city"

We have lived in 'old' Nerrina for three years, and couldn't imagine living anywhere else.
We are over the bridge from freeway, and adjacent to the Creswick State Forest.
Houses here are modest, and gardens lovely. Neighbours know each other and our kids ride bikes in the street. Little Bendigo Primary is wonderful - families drive across town to send there kids there.
Walking tracks through forest link to Yarowee Creek trail, and is great for bike riding into town. Although a little daggy, the Nerrina Tavern is where locals meet for Friday night drinks and a game of pool.
Close enough to everywhere in Ballarat, but far from suburbia.

Great for

  • Little Bendigo Primary
  • Creswick State Forest
  • Gold rush history

Who lives here?

  • Singles
  • Families with kids
  • Retirees
  • LGBT+
  • Hipsters
  • Country Lovers
