We have young kids and purchased a house in Connolly about 1y ago and this suburb is a great place to live. 5 minutes from everything: beach, quality schools, shops, restaurants, cinemas, train station, sports facilities, ECU Uni, Joondalup shopping centre, Joondalup Golf & Resort (in Connolly and great for Sunday breakies!!) )etc.... Very safe with plenty of parks. People are friendly and rates are reasonable. If you find something you like and is in your budget...do not hesitate, just buy it, you won't be disappointed...and yes Ocean Reef Marina is on the cards (approx 2y from now) so you will make an above average return .
