Sure Exmouth is a lovely little town with nice beaches & some good fishing but be warned Exmouth would have to be one of the most expensive places in Australia to buy a property.

You will need a minimum of half a million dollars to buy a very average house & it would be over 30 years old. Anything decent will set you back $750,000 plus.

Exmouth has a terrible shortage of land as does a lot of other Northwest towns. Of course that is why the prices are so high. Considering the size of the state of W.A. they are not short on available space.It is obvious that the government namely Landcorp is very blase about the issue.If these towns are to prosper & grow now would be a good time for Landcorp to get their act together & start freeing up & selling some affordable land.
