Orelia Avenue

"Round About's Make It Quieter"

Orelia Ave is off Thomas Road 1 minute drive to the free way. It joins you to the Sulphur Road through down to Kwinana Tafe & Arts Centre then on to the Kwinana Hub & Requatic Centre. It has 3 round about's which discourages traffic as most go down Thomas road to Gilmore Ave. Has great public transport and a small supa market also a news agent, hairdressers and chinese take away.
You do see people walking along Orelia ave at all different times of the day it's good to see an active comunity. It links you to a number of beautiful parks along the way.

Cannes Place

"a quiet cul-de-sac"

Cannes Place is a quiet cul-de-sac and is located in a position where you have quick access to the main road leading to the Train Station ( a walkable distance ) also the beach ( beautiful Warnbro sound), the Freeway, it's two turns and your on a direct road to the freeway and your not too far from both Waikiki and Warnbro Shopping centres. Both these centres are not as big as the main Rockingham City, however they can satisfy most needs on a weekly basis. Rockingham City Shopping centre, which can cater for most retail needs is only about a ten minute drive and also has a number of good brand restaurants and a state of the art cinema complex. This duplex property at Cannes Place would be ideal for the single person, working or retired couple and is at an ideal price range for the first home buyer or a young family to establish a healthy fun loving life style.

Cockman Way

"Close to all you need including the beach"

Cockman way has a nice diversity of people and families with a nice little park at the bend in Varris for the kids to play. It's approximately 1 minute to the freeway, with public transport at the end of street, close to shops on Orelia avenue and not far from The Kwinana Hub also where the public library and bus station are. Across the road from the Hub is the Requatic Centre for all your fitness needs. Schools and tafe are all very close 2-3 minutes drive away. The Kwinana beach is only 5-6 minutes away great for a swim or going fishing.
