"Heaven"
Everybody wants to live here. Good schools, close to the CBD. Only problem is that not everyone can afford it.
Great for
- Community Spirit and friendly neighbours
- Excellent schools and childcare facilities.
- Very clean streets and parks
Not great for
- Housing prices are expensive
