Concord

"Concord is a prestigious inner west suburb with a lot to offer"

You may look high and low for a good suburb but you'd be hard pressed to find a better one than Concord. It is so wonderfully balanced in many respects. This suburb has a suburban feel to it without feeling like you are too far from everything. Drive around on a Saturday morning and you well see that the streets are filled with people going about their business, whether it be having a coffee alfresco on Majors Bay road, running the kids to soccer practice, getting ready to play a game of golf, gathering for an early bike ride or simply taking their time and strolling in one of the many parks.

This is a suburb with so much managed green space yet it is still close to the city. The transport links will only get better when the West Connex is built. It will mean no part of the city is inaccessible from Concord.

Also, the Olympic Park is right there on your doorstep. World class sporting facilities and entertainment events at your fingertips.
The neighbourhood is friendly, unpretentious and there is a really good friendly vibe about it.

Property can be expensive but if you look carefully you will see that it will never be a suburb that you could go wrong with. It is well placed close and convenient to major economic centres, shopping centres and schools. Take a look at the aerial map of suburbs close to Sydney CBD and you will be hard pressed to see any suburb with so much going for it in terms of green space and convenience.

I love all the inner west suburbs of Sydney. I really rate this suburb as one of the best you can find, especially if you are looking to get away from the closed in feeling of many suburbs in the inner west or eastern suburbs.
