"Excellent value for money living....."

I have lived and worked in and around this suburb for many years. The suburb has all amenities and is an excellent choice for first home buyers and families looking for excellent value for money homes. Only minutes drive to the 3 storey Redbank Plaza shopping centre & cinemas. Close to the Redbank train station. Approximately 30 klms to Brisbane City and less than 10 klms to Ipswich City Centre.

Hi @SamS7 Did you proceed with your purchase at Six Mile Creek Estate at Collingwood Park? I put a lot on hold and most likely go with purchase. Im from interstate and dont know much of the area. I choose this area because of affordability and a new estate also so i guess nice and safe compared to established areas within the vicinity.

Hi Felixs! I ended up getting a land in Heathwood Rise area and land falls under Brisbane City council area so seems to be good.Hope for the best !

The suburb has all amenities and is an excellent choice for first home buyers and families looking for excellent value for money homes. The suburb has a large diversity from small allotments to large acreage. Only minutes to the Orion shopping centre which is set to be the largest one of it's kind in the southern hemisphere. Close to the Goodna train station and shops. Approximately 25 klms to Brisbane City and less than 15 klms to Ipswich City Centre.

"A great place to live for those you enjoy peace and quiet, close to everything and affordable living"

I have lived in Camira and currently work in the area for Ray White Redbank Plains/Goodna, Camira has always been the place to be from a local’s point of view and with schools close by and only minutes from the new Orion shopping centre you are never too far from amenities.

Camira has a diverse availability of homes ranging from small house allotments to large acreage

This is one suburb you will enjoy calling home…..
