I don't live on David Tce, however I do live on Windsor Ave just a stone's throw from David Tce.
I've lived in Toorak Gardens, Unley, Malvern, and other more exclusive eastern suburbs areas and without a doubt, Woodville Park beats them all hands down. Larger blocks, better Character homes, nicer tree lined streets and houses that aren't falling apart with cracking and all close to the city and beach. The secrets out....Woodville Parks the place to live.
