I have recently brought in Beerwah (early 2012). I was attracted to the town as it really seemed to be on the move. There is a recently completed ALDI and a Target is coming shortly. The town is relatively quiet and there is a local school. With a well located train station with direct access to Brisbane and a short drive to beaches it appears like very good buying. The only downside I see is the lack of food options and nightlife. Hopefully this improves over time as the area grows in size. Beerwah provides a good lifestyle at a fraction of the price of a waterside suburb.
