Arncliffe

"Wonderful community so close to EVERYTHING"

We bought in Arncliffe 4 years ago and so happy that we did. There was a real stigma attached to living here, at the time, but that has waned considerably since. There is such a sense of community, everyone is friendly, and it's safe. The area is still undergoing gentrification but its exciting to watch. Nearby Wolli Creek offers an amazing Woolworths, soon an Aldi and a myriad of retail and restaurants. There are enough cafes and chook shops to ensure you are wired and don't go hungry, ever. Two train lines are on your doorstep, it's only 6 stops to the CBD. Only 5 minutes to the airport and NO flight path noise. This place is a hidden gem. So so glad we bought here.

Great for

  • Jump on the M5, Eastern Distributor or Princes Hwy.
  • Lots of food shops, a good IGA and Woolworths.
  • 10 minutes to Kyeemagh or Brighton-le-sands beach
  • Close to CBD with good public transport options.
  • Growth potential with lots projects on the card and in progress.
  • Good access to the city, the west and the south
  • Great for parking... No parking meters!

Not great for

  • The occasional hoon
  • Cash economy.. Most places don't take eftpos
  • Lack of parking is becoming an issue
  • More restaurants and cafes needed
