I bought a unit 3 years ago and was happily living here since then. Zetland is close to everywhere, for example, it only takes 20 minutes to Hurstville or Chatswood, 15 minutes drive to CBD , and 20 minutes to Coogee beach. If you work in the city, you have the option of bus or train. However, the traffic congestion in the morning can lead the travel time to be as bad as 40 minutes.

There are 2 decent size park in this area so I can see residents taking their pets for jogging at night. Overall the suburb provides a good balance between business and leisure.
