"Not a safe suburb"
High crime rate. Get double bolted doors, security gates, an alarm and a big dog. We have been broken into 3 times in 2 years. So have all our neighbours. Too many hoons as well. Just check out the burn marks all over the roads. We can't wait to move.

I can leave my windows open, front door open, walk the dog safely in the evening, friendly people everywhere. Never been broken into in 20 years.
